Our mission is helping you meet yours.

(And reducing your headaches.)

The Nonprofit Help Center team offers over 35 years of combined experience in the nonprofit sector, and leverages this lived experience to help nonprofits (and the people who power them) build capacity.

Each of our team members plays a key role in supporting your organization's success.

Alex Sembler
Client Success & Strategy Lead

Alex entered the nonprofit sector after years in digital marketing and corporate project management. Her time spent in family and community programming offers nonprofits support from someone who has experienced similar challenges and successes. Alex partners with our clients and learners to ensure that everyone gets the most out of all they do with the Nonprofit Help Center. Alex's superpower is developing systems for our client partners to supercharge their experience, whether that be in administering the Impact Capacity Assessment Tool, launching the Merit® Nonprofit Professional Development platform across an association's membership, or managing our higher education certificate partner details.

Claire Feterl

Learning Experience Manager

Claire's work in the nonprofit space has embraced the voice of the people in marketing and stakeholder research. Her work on the Nonprofit Help Center's learning and development solutions is seen and felt each day as she designs the learning experience and works closely with our partners who wish to leverage our learning platform to present their unique training content. Claire is also the guiding guru for those in the Certificate in Nonprofit Capacity Building program and the Nonprofit Board Member Basics experience, and she ensures that our learners have the tools and support they need to pursue success.

It takes a village.

Simplifying nonprofit capacity building is no simple task.

While the Nonprofit Help Center team proudly offers a unique suite of capacity building tools and systems, we have only been able to do so with the support of a variety of advisors. These champions have served as subject matter experts, gamification gurus, field research operatives, and overall cheerleaders in the development of what our signature nonprofit learning solutions have become.

We're grateful for the long-standing partnership of our advisory council, shown below.
