Dr. Emilie Socash Organizational and Leadership Psychologist Standing against brick wall

Hi, I'm Dr. Emilie.

After working in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years, I knew that I wanted to do more to support the amazing people who power our communities. My career has included launching a nonprofit theatre company, building a $50m community foundation, leading a community center capital campaign, and revitalizing the community perception of a struggling nonprofit. My academic pursuits have included completing a doctoral degree in organizational and leadership psychology as well as a masters in nonprofit management.

While each of my nonprofit leadership roles were exciting, they were also challenging. I saw first hand the effect that limited budgets (and let's be honest, limiting mindsets) had on how my team members could access critical capacity-building resources.

I believe there's a better way. I created the Nonprofit Help Center to reimagine nonprofit capacity-building, and I hope you'll join me.
